Prof. Dr. Eng. El-Sayed Hegazy is the founder
and owner of HMC Inc.,
after graduating from Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Dept.
Alexandria University , Egypt ; he continued in the academic field,
as Professor , Head of Marine Engineering Dept. and till Dean
of Faculty
of Engineering , Suez Canal University for six years.
Beside his public work , Dr. Hegazy had been the consultant engineer
of many ship building copmanies , as well as ministries .
He is also a member of the Damietta Port Authority , Port Said Port Auth.
He is now also a visiting professor in the Arab Academy for Science and
Technology (AAST) in Alexandria ,Egypt.
Dr. Hegazy had many national and international awards, and was involved
in many associated projects in England , South Korea , Germany , Russia,
U.S.A. and many other countries.
